Remuneration for filming and photographing

Alternative 1: Film ticket for smaller productions

With just 2 supervisor and max. 2 hours

SKB shall assign employees or other authorised persons to supervise the work in question. For this, the Company shall be charged the filmticket of € 240.00 including value added tax.

These costs shall be paid at the cash desk before start of the work. A refund of costs shall not be possible.

Alternative 2 for middle productions

Up to 4 hours and with 2 supervisors

SKB shall assign employees or other authorised persons to supervise the work in question. For this, the company shall be charged the flat rate of € 500.00 plus value added tax.

For additional hours and/or employees, the company shall be charged the following hourly rates plus value added tax:

Superintendent: € 52,50 | from 10 pm to 7.00 am: twice the rate
Supervisor: € 38.00 | from 10 pm to 7.00 am: twice the rate

The number of supervisors to be assigned shall be determined by SKB at its own discretion, account being taken of the type, duration and extent of the works.

Alternative 3 for large productions e.g. documentary films

The company shall be charged for the motive € 3000.00 - 5000.00 (depending upon expenditure and motive).

SKB shall assign employees or other authorised persons to supervise the work in question. For this, the company shall be charged the following hourly rates plus value added tax:

Superintendent: € 52,50 | from 10 pm to 7.00 am: twice the rate
Supervisor: € 38.00 | from 10 pm to 7.00 am: twice the rate
